Rolando Orellana

Rolando Orellana is the Urban Water Management Agent for the University of Georgia’s Center for Urban Agriculture, located on the Griffin campus. He serves as an Urban Agriculture Agent with an emphasis on water efficiency and sustainable irrigation practices in urban landscapes across Georgia. Orellana conducts education, research, and demonstration efforts on current irrigation technologies, while also working with industry professionals, homeowners, and researchers. He has also been a key member of the team that designed and constructed the innovative irrigation demonstration site at UGA-Griffin to support education and research efforts aimed at improving urban water conservation.
