Fe Moncloa

Dr. Fe Moncloa is a 4-H Youth Development Advisor with the UCCE Santa Clara. Fe holds a Ph.D. in Education focused on the Social Contexts of Education and Policy Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and a Masters of Public Administration and Community Development Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Dr. Moncloa is an educator and advocate for social justice. She was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She has dedicated her career to engaging Latino youth and families in California to exert agency in their lives and strengthen communities. Her applied research is in Latino youth development and intercultural communication.
